I'm incredibly proud of my trademark modern-yet-traditional approach, combining the grace and power of carefully-choreographed, with incredibly-candid moments.
I create fresh, natural looking imagery with a beautiful blend of colour and black and white finish. And I do it all with the same energy and excitement as the very first time I picked up a camera.
My style has been called naturalistic, documentary, fly-on-the-wall, classical, romantic, and more. Ultimately, I hope you'll see through my work and the images across my website that there's a certain nuance to how I see and approach photographing such incredibly important days.
My Philosophy
I think wedding photography should be simple. My job? It's more than simply snapping great photographs. It's helping you make the best decisions possible to create the most memorable day for you and your loved ones, whilst also creating space for the kind of images that you'll stare at with wide-eyed-amazement for years and years to come.
It's my goal to be the perfect blend of out-of-sight and directing-the-action. Knowing the right moment for each is the ultimate imperative for a wedding photographer.
How
There's no magic sauce to what I do. No simple checklist of things that happen. The truth is, everything I do is borne out of my years of experience.
I've developed a style and approach that feels uniquely mine. What I can say for sure is that I believe in a few fundamental things that you'll experience with me:
- A personal touch. The relationship between couple and photographer is incredibly important. So, I want you to get to know me and feel like I understand you and your day. This is no wedding-factory with a conveyor-belt of random photographers filling in for my brand. When you book me, you get me.

So, I'll always be honest about how the photography of your day fits into the bigger picture. And, I'll share tips, insights, and ideas to help you balance all the things your big day should include.
- A relentless commitment to quality. I can't bring myself to deliver half-baked. It's simply not in my nature. So, know that in everything I do my aspiration is to deliver the best possible quality for you.
